MMA
Experience the full-out combat sport of Mixed Martial Arts, incorporating striking, grappling, and ground fighting. You will learn how to combine all elements of striking and grappling into one. Class includes warmups, drill technique instruction, situational sparring and drilling.

Fusion Striking
We combine the art of 8 limbs, aka Muay Thai mixed with Dutch-kickboxing where the body’s weapon of choice consist of fists, elbows, knees & shins, as well as clinching techniques that wrap up your opponent via the neck, around the arms and or torso mixed in with the Dutch style, that is a very distinct style at a fast pace that focuses on boxing combinations, low kicks, knees and angles.
In this class you will learn, a variety of techniques that will help you understand range, distance, damage infliction, control, drills and putting together your footwork, boxing, Dutch-kickboxing combinations and in a graceful yet explosive manner.

Boxing
Learn to build your power in the ring through boxing (a.k.a as the “sweet science”), this class combines technical ability with speed, strength and endurance. In this class you will learn the importance of footwork, defense, countering, and punching combinations. Class includes, warmups, drill techniques, situational sparring and drilling.

Wrestling
Learn to build resilience with a sport that utilizes grappling techniques to throw or hold and control the opponent on the ground. In this class, you will learn how to subdue your opponent and utilize techniques that can be useful in the sport of MMA. Class involves warmups, drill techniques, situational sparring and drilling.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Discover the power of submission grappling with our BJJ class. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on submissions rather than pins, and in this class, you will learn how to properly apply different submission techniques to control or force your opponent to surrender. Class involves warmups, drill techniques, situational sparring and drilling.

Functional Fitness
Customize your workout with a class that combines selective exercises and bag work that is tailored to your daily life routines while being on the combative side of sports. You will learn techniques and combinations on the bag to develop your natural athleticism and strengthen your cardiovascular and nervous system. Class includes warmups, drill technique with pads+trainer, bag work, and a core and conditioning finisher.

Little Warriors / Teen Warriors
Specific Fusion Striking and BJJ curriculum tailored towards kids. In which they will learn the importance of proper combinations, techniques, and hand eye coordination.
In this class, kids will learn the Fusion striking system and BJJ curriculum that will help to not only protect them, but also build self confidence, discipline and importance of team building
