What Is Drop In?

Our drop-in option allows experienced martial artists and travelers to join any class for a single day. It’s designed for those already familiar with MMA, Muay Thai, or functional fitness who are looking for a high-quality training experience while visiting the area.

You’ll experience the same level of coaching, energy, and challenge as our full-time members. All guests must review safety guidelines and complete a waiver before participating.

What to Expect

Booking is simple, just click the “Book Now” button on our website and choose your class time. You’ll be welcomed by our team, given a quick tour, and introduced to the class.

You’ll have full access to your selected session, whether it’s high-energy Muay Thai or technical Jiu Jitsu. Bring your training gear and arrive a few minutes early for check-in.
